Heterobifunctional PEGs

Nanosoft Polymers offers a broad selection of heterobifunctional PEGs designed to bridge two different molecules through orthogonal or complementary chemistries. Unlike homobifunctional PEGs, heterobifunctional PEGs possess distinct functional groups at each terminus, enabling selective and controlled conjugation between biomolecules, drugs, nanoparticles, surfaces, and polymers.

These PEG linkers are extensively utilized in the development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), targeted therapeutics, PEGylated biomolecules, diagnostic reagents, nanoparticle surface engineering, and hydrogel systems.

Available functional groups include amine, carboxylic acid, NHS ester, maleimide, thiol, azide, alkyne, DBCO, aldehyde, biotin, fluorescein, methacrylate, acrylate, and many other specialized chemistries.
