Product Description
Amine capped 4-arm poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (4-arm PLGA Amine, 4-arm PLGA-NH2) is a multiarm PLGA derivative with amine groups at each terminal of the four arms connected to one pentaerythritol core. The reactive primary amine or NH2 group can rapidly react with activated carboxyl acid such as NHS ester to form stable amide bonds. 4-arm PLGA is terminated with hydroxyl group for further modification. Otherwise noted, multiarm PLGA is composed of d,l-lactide and glycolide (50:50 ratio).
