PEG Linkers

PEG Linkers are polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based spacers designed to connect small molecules, proteins, peptides, antibodies, drugs, fluorescent probes, nanoparticles, and other biomolecules. PEG linkers provide a hydrophilic and flexible spacer between conjugated components and are widely used in bioconjugation, click chemistry, drug conjugation, PROTAC development, biomolecule labeling, and surface modification.
NSP offers both discrete PEG (dPEG) linkers with defined PEG chain lengths and functional PEG linkers with a range of reactive terminal groups. Available functionalities include azide (N₃), amine (NH₂), NHS ester, maleimide, thiol (SH), alkyne, DBCO, biotin, carboxylic acid (COOH) and other bioconjugation groups.
Heterobifunctional PEG linkers containing two different terminal groups enable orthogonal and sequential conjugation strategies. Examples include Azide-dPEG-Amine, Azide-PEG-NHS, Maleimide-PEG-Amine, Biotin-PEG-Azide, and related linkers with different PEG spacer lengths.
Custom PEG linker structures, spacer lengths, functional groups, and conjugation reagents are also available.
