Methoxy-dPEG-Amine products are monodisperse polyethylene glycol linkers containing a terminal methoxy group (–OCH₃) and a primary amine (–NH₂) separated by a defined PEG chain length.

Unlike conventional polydisperse mPEG polymers, Methoxy-dPEG-Amine linkers have a defined molecular structure and PEG spacer length, providing precise molecular weight and consistent spacing for bioconjugation and molecular modification.

The terminal primary amine reacts with NHS esters, activated carboxylic acids, aldehydes, isocyanates, and other amine-reactive molecules. The methoxy group is nonreactive under typical conjugation conditions and serves as a PEG chain terminus.
