N3-dPEG-N3
zide-dPEG-Azide (N₃-dPEG-N₃) products are homobifunctional discrete polyethylene glycol (dPEG) linkers containing an azide (N₃) group at both ends of a precisely defined PEG spacer.
Unlike conventional polydisperse PEG diazides, N₃-dPEG-N₃ linkers have a defined PEG chain length and molecular structure, providing consistent molecular weight and controlled spacing between the two terminal azide groups.
Both terminal azides can participate in copper(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with terminal alkynes or strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with strained cyclooctynes such as DBCO and BCN.
