NH2-dPEG-NH2

Amine-dPEG-Amine (NH₂-dPEG-NH₂) products are homobifunctional discrete polyethylene glycol (dPEG) linkers containing a primary amine (NH₂) at both ends of a precisely defined PEG spacer.

Unlike conventional polydisperse PEG diamines, NH₂-dPEG-NH₂ linkers have a defined PEG chain length and molecular structure, providing consistent molecular weight and controlled spacing between the two terminal amine groups.

Both primary amines can react with NHS esters, activated carboxylic acids, aldehydes, isocyanates, and other amine-reactive compounds. This makes NH₂-dPEG-NH₂ useful as a hydrophilic crosslinker or molecular spacer for connecting two molecules containing compatible amine-reactive groups.

NSP offers Amine-dPEG-Amine linkers with different discrete PEG lengths for bioconjugation, crosslinking, drug conjugation, biomolecule modification, surface functionalization, and synthesis of more complex heterobifunctional linkers.
