Description

The terminal azide reacts with terminal alkynes through copper(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) or with strained cyclooctynes such as DBCO and BCN through strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC).
