NSP is pleased to support Onco-Innovations Limited in the continued development of ONC010, its lead nanoparticle-formulated Polynucleotide Kinase Phosphatase (PNKP) inhibitor.
Under a services agreement announced by Onco-Innovations, NSP will provide polymer process development, analytical characterization, scale-up support, formulation optimization, and technology transfer services for Onco-Innovations’ proprietary PEO-PBCL polymer platform.
The program is focused on establishing a robust and reproducible polymer manufacturing process, strengthening analytical methods, and supporting process scale-up and future technology transfer. These activities are intended to help establish the technical and manufacturing foundation required as the ONC010 program progresses through further development.
The collaboration reflects NSP’s capabilities in functional polymer synthesis, polymer process development, analytical characterization, nanoparticle drug delivery, and scalable manufacturing.
