General Description
DSPE-PEG-SH is a versatile lipid-PEG conjugate designed for membrane anchoring and thiol-based bioconjugation. The DSPE lipid anchor readily incorporates into liposomal membranes and lipid nanoparticle formulations, while the PEG spacer extends into the aqueous environment, improving colloidal stability, reducing nonspecific interactions, and enhancing circulation properties.
