DSPE-PEGs

DSPE-PEG conjugates are phospholipid–poly(ethylene glycol) materials based on DSPE (1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine, C18:0). Due to their saturated C18 lipid chains and PEGylated structure, DSPE-PEG lipids are widely used in liposome formulation, lipid nanoparticle engineering, prolonged circulation systems, and advanced drug delivery applications.

NSP offers a broad range of functionalized DSPE-PEG derivatives including azide, alkyne, amine, maleimide, NHS ester, biotin, thiol, aldehyde, hydrazone, and other reactive lipid PEG conjugates for bioconjugation, nanomedicine, and biomaterial research.
