DSPE-PEG-Folate is a targeted lipid-PEG conjugate designed for membrane anchoring and folate receptor-mediated delivery. The DSPE lipid anchor readily incorporates into liposomal membranes and lipid nanoparticle formulations, while the PEG spacer extends into the aqueous environment, improving colloidal stability, circulation properties, and reducing nonspecific interactions.
