Fmoc-21-amino-4,7,10,13,16,19-hexaoxaheneicosanoic acid (Fmoc-NH-PEG6-COOH) is a monodispersed heterobifunctional PEG reagent with one Fmoc protected amine and one carboxylic acid. It is a useful crosslinking reagent with a PEG spacer. The protected amine can be regenerated by mild basic conditions.
